As a sponsor for the Strawberry Festival, you make it possible for the Community Homecoming Corporation to put on such a great Festival. The Strawberry Festival committee consist of individuals and families, who have been a part of organization for over 20 years. With the help of volunteers and committee members working hard to feed thousands of quests the festival would not be as good as it is. A portion of the proceeds raised from sponsors and the festival is given back to the community. Those proceeds, go to provide gifts to the kids of families who may not be fortunate enough to get gifts during the holiday season. We also use a portion of those proceeds to provide a nice dinner to the volunteers who dedicate their time to help during the festival to show our appreciation. What proceeds that are left is used to start up the festival the following year. If your Company or Organization would like to become a sponsor, we have six categories to choose from. As a sponsor of the Strawberry Festival, your company/organization will be offered the following.
Advocate Backing Sponsor $5000
Your company will be identified as a "Advocate Contributing Sponsor" in all media releases and throughout festival events. These media releases include press releases, sponsor boards, radio TV ads, brochures and flyers. Your name and logo will be shown on our website and social media.
Exposure in the community and target market by taking the opportunity to display name and logo on your banner at a free booth in the Strawberry House during the festival. You may distribute products or coupons and display literature. You will also receive 25 free items in the Strawberry House, but not including strawberry pie, during the festival.
20, Free entry passes during the festival and an invitation to and recognition at the Volunteer Appreciation Dinner.
Major Contributing Sponsor $1000
Your company will be identified as a "Major Backer" in all media releases and throughout festival events. These media releases include press releases, sponsor boards, radio, TV ads, brochures and flyers. Your name and logo will be shown.
Exposure in the community and target market by taking the opportunity to display name and logo on your banner at a free booth in the Strawberry House during the festival. You may distribute products or coupons and display literature. You will also receive 20 items in the Strawberry House, but not including strawberry pie, during the festival.
Ten, week-long free entry passes during the festival and an invitation to and recognition at the Volunteer Appreciation Dinner.
Major Sponsor $500
Your company will be identified as a "Major Sponsor" in all media releases and throughout festival events. These media releases include press releases, sponsor boards, radio, TV ads, brochures and flyers. Your name and logo will be shown. You will also receive 5 items in the Strawberry House, but not including strawberry pie, during the festival.
Exposure in the community and target market by taking the opportunity to display name and logo on your banner at a free booth in the Strawberry House during the festival. You will also receive 5 items in the Strawberry House, but not including strawberry pie, during the festival.
Six, week-long free entry passes during the festival and an invitation to and recognition at the Volunteer Appreciation Dinner.
Associate Sponsor $300
Your company will be identified as a "Associate Sponsor" in all media releases and throughout festival events. These media releases include press releases, sponsor boards, radio, TV ads, brochures and flyers. Your name and logo will be shown.
Exposure in the community and target market by taking the opportunity to display name and logo on your banner at a free booth in the Strawberry House during the festival. You will also receive 2 items in the Strawberry House, but not including strawberry pie, during the festival.
Four, week-long free entry passes during the festival and an invitation to and recognition at the Volunteer Appreciation Dinner.
Sponsor $200
Your company name and logo will be released on printed media brochures, flyers, posters, etc.
Two, week-long free entry passes during the festival and an invitation to and recognition at the Volunteer Appreciation Dinner.
Contributing Sponsor $100
Verbal recognition at the Volunteer Appreciation Dinner.
